About Me

Sunrise Taekwondo: Sunrise Taekwondo in Clackamas, OR, is dedicated to teaching self-esteem, self-discipline, respect for self and others, concentration, personal responsibility, flexibility, physical fitness, and self-defense through the art of Taekwondo. Our Masters provide classes for both kids and adults as well as provide black belt training. Children will be placed in classes according to their age and ability, and will learn how to avoid dangerous situations as well as age appropriate self-defense techniques. Our adult programs focus on martial arts and self-defense techniques for people at all stages of ability. Taekwondo is a fun and enriching way to increase your fitness and personal well-being. We have students from all over the Clackamas area including Sunnyside and Happy Valley, We provide both weekly classes and summer camps. We take pride in teaching your child self-empowerment, discipline, and respect as they learn the martial art of Taekwondo.
